As the school year draws to a close, it’s time to start thinking about how the kids will be occupied during those long summer days. I already have a plan for my older child, but I’ve been looking for some fun activities for my 4 year old as well. Luckily, Romp n’ Roll of Willow Grove has a fantastic camp for 2-5 year olds! I’ve been going to Romp n’ Roll for years, and I love the friendly staff and fun atmosphere. They balance physical activities with arts and crafts seamlessly, so kids get the sensory input they need along with some great fine motor exercises- all while having fun!
Romp n’ Roll has a really great camp schedule with different themes every week. From Pirates to Dinosaurs, Princesses and Knights to Rompin’ Robots, you’re sure to find something perfect for your child!
Nut-free snacks are provided, which makes it easy on busy parents trying to get the kids out the door in morning. Kids don’t have to be potty trained to attend- not many local camps for smaller kids have that perk! Plus, Romp n’ Roll is located right near the heart of Willow Grove, so parents can drop off their kiddos and then easily get all their errands done! If you’re a work-at-home mom like me, you can even head over to one of the many local establishments with free wifi to grab a coffee and get some work done- that’s a win-win for everyone!
Want to learn more about Summer Camp at Romp n’ Roll? Attend their Summer Camp Open House on Friday, May 7, 5:30-7pm. The Open House is free, but registration is required (call 215-659-1025 to sign up!). You’ll be able to experience some camp activities, meet the instructors and even enter to win raffle prizes!
